Folks - here's a newsflash - it's just dinner.
Sights like this used to be common in almost every household in the world a hundred years ago... our grandparents may have seen this sort of thing on a weekly basis.
But now that all meat is 'square', sanitised and sold in shrink-wrapped plastic, we've forgotten that dinner actually used to be a live animal.

What you see here is actually more humane than what western food manufacturing processes put animals through...
According to halal guidelines, the animal must not suffer unduly and other animals may not witness the act... I can confirm that it was done quickly and efficiently by a butcher who knew his job and despatched the animals with no fuss or bother.

Up and Running
Slowly but surely we are adding to our client base and managing to get enough orders through the door to keep us a afloat., though it must be said it was touch and go for a while there.
I had job-offers to cover more overseas work, both in Afghanistan and in North Africa, but I made promises to my wonderful girlfriend Julia that my days of getting shot-at are over. Time for family life to take priority over playing in sandy places...
Work-images being what they are will be of little interest artistically, but from time to time I manage to put something together which I will share on these pages.
